The original goods should be returned in secure packaging in their "as supplied" state following notification of the problem to a.dayton@btinternet.com

As previously stated on the HOME page of this Website, all Wrenn products offered are pre-owned (dating from 1966 to 1992 and some earlier) therefore they will show signs of past use.

The use of my " Description State" is defined as follows, and is based on my personal opinion as a Wrenn Collector:

• MINT CONDITION - Contents and packaging should not show any apparent signs of miss-use/blemishes, and packaging (boxes) will be crisp.
• NEAR MINT CONDITION - Contents and packaging will show minor signs of use/blemishes and ageing.
• GOOD CONDITION - Contents and packaging will show signs of ageing and use/blemishes will be evident

 The above are general guidelines, and occasionly the term "EXCELLENT" will be used which is between the "GOOD" and "NEAR MINT" conditions stated.

4. PAYMENT

Alternative methods of payment are clearly displayed in the checkout procedure, once you have specified your needs. (entered the required Wrenn products into the "Cart"). 5. DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Following clearance of payment, my aim is to despatch your Wrenn products within 7 days of said clearance.The alternative methods of despatch and postage charges are clearly indicated when you order through this Website. Please ensure your full name/address/postcode are provided so that delivery efficiency is maximised. In the unlikelyhood of  non-delivery, please contact me.

6. PRICES

All prices shown are in £ Sterling and are for each item advertised. For clarity I have shown the current stock/availability  level which is subject to change without notice.
